Shipping

Apronto Dental LLC ships within the continental United States, Canada and some international destinations. There are restrictions on some products which cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When an order is placed, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of the items and the shipping options chosen. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

The shipping rate for most items sold are based on country of destination, zip code, and weight.

Apronto Dental LLC ships via standard freight, UPS, FEDX and other specialized logistics companies for the special handling requirements of some sensitive dental equipment.

When purchasing used dental equipment, Apronto Dental LLC might arrange for shipping and transportation.  The customer also has the option of choosing his/her own method of transportation. 


Return Policy

Cancellations may be subject to cancellation fees.

All returns require prior authorization which must be authorized by a representative of Apronto Dental LLC 

All orders are subject to a 20% (more or less) restocking fee depending on Manufacturer. Electrical items, special orders or items requiring upholstery selections are not refundable. Returned items must be unused and in condition to be resold. Refunds are issued within 30 days of equipment return. Freight charges will not be refunded unless there was an error for part on Apronto Dental LLC. Opened handpieces may not be returned for credit but will be repaired or replaced in accordance with guarantee by manufacturer directives.

Returns info:

  • * Items need to be returned in a like-new condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented or scratched may be denied a return.
  • * Please return items with all accessories and packaging. If you do not, we may either deny the return, or allow a return with a nonrefundable deduction on your refund for what is missing.
  • * If you received a discount or free item by purchasing multiple items together, you will lose that benefit if you do not return all items purchased.
  • * All Final Sale products cannot be returned. Other nonreturnable purchases include custom orders, personalized orders, digital content, gift packaging, memberships, completed services, opened consumable items including batteries, cleaning agents, oils.


Custom orders
Custom and personalized orders made especially for you are nonreturnable. Custom Order items are items where a customer has requested specific attributes (e.g., finish, color, size) or where a manufacturer builds only to order.
Returns lacking proof of purchase
Reimbursements on returns lacking proof of purchase may be denied or limited, and state sales tax and fees will not be reimbursed.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period to Apronto Dental LLC and we will arrange for a replacement. If you would rather return the item by mail during your return and exchange time period, please call us for special instructions. We will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees.
Final sale and nonreturnable items

All Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned. Other nonreturnable purchases include custom orders, digital content, prepaid cards, gift packaging, memberships, completed services, opened consumable items including batteries, cleaning agents, oils, fuel, and items returned that are damaged, unsanitary, missing major contents or not in a like-new condition.

Return shipping fees

If you return an item using a prepaid method from our Online Returns Center, and the reason for return is not a result of Apronto Dental LLC error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How to return a product:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. Before you accept delivery of your product, please inspect it. If any issue exists, you may refuse delivery. Once you have accepted delivery (or if you picked up the the product yourself), you have 2 days to contact us regarding defects, damage or other issues, please contact us via email and or by phone.


REFUND METHOD AND TIMING:

With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item.

For returns by mail, once we receive your authorized return, we will process it within 7–15 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.
